Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure Mini-Games Guide
Ring Fit Adventure offers you 12 mini-games in which you can train. Here is a guide for every mini-game and areas of your body you will work.
Robo-Wrecker
In Robo-Wrecker, you rotate the ring and press it or pull it up to hit the robots that enter and come out of the holes. It is necessarily a mole, but you work your chest, your kernel and your trapeze. You are about to destroy as much robots as possible, and gold robots give triple standard score.
Aerochute
For Aerochute, you fall into a tunnel and you want to cross rings in passing. A fall in the center of the ring and gold rings will bring you more points. You hold down the ring above your head and push it outward to deploy a parachute to slow you down. When your parachute is out, you lean your upper half in the direction you want to fall. This workout works on your posture, shoulders and trunk.
Squat goals
In Squat Goals, you position yourself on a trampoline. When you are squatting, the joy-con of your leg's strap measures your fall level and when you go back, you jump in the air depending on your level. A possemeter in the background tells you how high you will jump when the parts float. Collect as many pieces as you can by measuring your squat, taking your time and avoiding bombs. This aerobic exercise will work your legs and your glutes.
Crisher Crisher
In Crate Crisher, the crates continually fall in front of you. By pressing the ring, you get a breath that will destroy the box you are targeting with the ring. Clear all crates on the screen to make more falling. The green boxes remove a small part of the crates while the yellows eliminate all the boxes remaining on the screen. Destroy as many caisses as possible in the time allotted while working your chest and arms.
Squattery wheel
In Squattery Wheel, you formed a clay pot. A green image on the left gives you the goal of what the pan should look like the end. Within the deadline, you must sit down to lower the robots and press the ring so that they form the clay as you wish. How far you push and each domain on which you support will affect another range from the pot. You get closer to your pot so that the green image decides on the number of points you get. This mini-game prepares your legs, your glutes and your chest.
thigh jumper
Thigh Rider is the only mini-game you play sitting. You place the ring between your thighs and press to blow up the vehicle you are driving. Avoid bombs and collect as many pieces as you can before reaching the finish line. This exercise allows you to work well and the lower body while working on your posture.
Bank balance
In Bank Balance, you advance with a balancing pole. You walk on the spot while stretching the ring-con and leaning to collect coins and avoid bombs in passing. This workout focuses on your size, back and abdominals.
bootstrap tower
In the bootstrap tower, you ride a tower using the ring-con. You lift the ring over your head and you extend it for your character jumping higher. As you progress, you want to synchronize your jumps to collect as many parts as possible. This exercise makes it possible to refine your chest, your trapeze and your arms.
Crushing of the core
In Core Crushing, you crush robots coming in the opposite direction. The Ring-con goes against your abdomen, and when you press it, you rotate to hit the robots. After each turn, you must release the tension on the ring before being able to knock again. Some robots will hold shields that will dictate from which side you can hit them. Core Crushing determines your abdominals, size and trunk.
GLUTING GALLERY
Gluting Gallery asks the player to hold the ring above his head and lean to the left or right to avoid imminent bombs and collect pieces. You will work on your size, back and shoulders with this mini-game.
Smack Back
Smack Back requires time and accuracy to spill the discs that robots throw you. The ring rests again on your abdomen and you turn to rotate the big fan you have on the disks. If a player strikes you, you will lose points. If you put the discs to the robot that launched it, you will earn extra points. This mini-game focuses on your size, your trunk, and again. ## Dreadmill The last mini-game is Dreadmill. This game aims to keep the position of the character on the treadmill. While you run, you need to keep the speed suitable for collecting parts while avoiding bombs. You will also need to squeeze the joy-con at specific points to get into the air and collect more parts. This aerobic exercise works on your legs while improving your endurance.
