The title will first appear console-exclusively on PlayStation 5 and PC. Bethesdas Associate Content Manager Parker Wilhelm explained in the German Playstation Blog:

Using the advanced hardware capacities of the PS5 console, Tango Gameworks awake their vision of a spooky, modern Tokyo for life. The design is based on the next-generation technology, whereby players run through rain-smooth roads in top modern detail, whose reality is even more intense through the rayTracing and 3D audio technology of the PS5 console. Through the console's SSD memory and its high speed, load times are virtually non-existent, whereby the city in Ghostwire: Tokyo can be seamlessly explored.
With the Dolesense Wireless Controller, the action is more immersive than ever, because the built-in audio capacities of the controller bring the voices from the beyond directly to the player, which corresponds to a sixth sense that helps to find things normally for People are not perceptible who roam the ghostly city.
The adaptive triggers and the haptic feedback of the dual wireless controller also simulate using and developing your powers. Without looking, the players can detect the difference between the use of a firing and the shooting of precise wind teases when using the Ethereal Weaving. If you try a core grave (core handle), an attack in which players can move the essence from a visitor nearby, simulate the triggers of their resistance when the mind resists the final blow. You reinforce your skills, the responses of the adaptive triggers of the dualsense wireless controller as well, which can actually feel, how it feels to become a stronger and more capable ghost hunter.
