Xbox Series X: New Splinter Cell game has green light getting loud rumor

For years, Fans of Splinter Cell has been a full-fledged new Stealth adventure with Sam Fisher for consoles and PC. But except a VR project or guest conceits in other Ubisoft games, it s time to order Mr. Fisher rather quiet.
